Venetian festival with parade, street art and masked ball. An unforgettable festival full of Venetian flair and baroque splendour!

On the occasion of the exhibition The Colours of the Serenissima, the DomQuartier invites you to a Venetian festival. Experience the flair of the lagoon city of Venice in the heart of Salzburg and celebrate with us - as in the days of Prince Archbishop Marcus Sitticus, whose 450th birthday will be celebrated in June this year - a magical and beautiful event in the centre of the old town, around the Residenz and in the inner courtyard and state rooms of the Residenz.

7 p.m.: Reception of guests for the evening event in the inner courtyard of the Residence

7.30 pm: Admission to the state rooms.

8 pm: Venetian party in the state rooms of the Residence, with ticket

Until 02:00 Masked ball with live music, Venetian performances, historical dances to join in and culinary delights

Dress code / recommendation: evening dress / with Venetian mask or rococo costume.

Venetian masks can be purchased on the evening on site or in advance in the DomQuartier shop or in some city centre shops.

Tickets for the masked ball: € 90,- per person including welcome drink.
